|Recommended: YesThe property is nice — So far, I have enjoyed the complex. I love that it's all college students and the other people living there are great. Having washers and dryers right on site is a plus.

|Recommended: NoCapri is a Good Last Resort — The staff is friendly and the units are ok. I would not recommend if you're looking for a single, as you have very little privacy. The walls are quite thin and I can hear the neighbors moving around or opening doors or when they don't turn off their alarms. The apartment was not very clean upon entering and dust accumulates fast There are little things that are annoying but overall its ok given the housing crisis in Isla Vista. Rent could be cheaper considering the distance from school and the size and arrangement of the rooms.

|Recommended: YesPretty clean with great service — The place is pretty clean with only a few problems. However i originally thought we got the room with the couch as my roommate told me he checked out the place before. Other then that, very easy move in and a solid place to live

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love my new apartment — I've been here less than a week so far, but living at Capri IV is so awesome I'm in the Abrego Playa floor plan . My apartment was surprisingly spacious, even though there isn't even a real living room My room a single slider is so cool. The managers and the maintenance team is incredibly helpful, and began fixing small issues we had with the apartment before we could even ask them to They are so sweet and helpful and quick to respond. I came from a really bad apartment complex in SB city and I am so incredibly happy that I moved here. A huge upgrade. I love it here Thanks Capri

|Recommended: YesThis property is clean and has a nice view. — I would tell them that it is a nice, quiet place with a good view. The layout is better than other apartments I've seen. I feel very safe here because I have seen a lot of security put in place.
