|Recommended: YesCarpri — Capri apartments are quiet with a nice park across the street. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The size of the single bedrooms are great.
|Recommended: YesVery tidy and modern with a comfortable home-y feel — I am very comfortable here and feel like I am well cared for by the staff. The layout for the two bedroom apartment is great and roomy.
|Recommended: YesThe College Experience made simple — Windows aren’t very soundproof thin glass , noise inside unit is kept to a minimum, front doors slam shut you’ll hear your neighbors door , appliances aren’t new but are in good condition, no AC but heater is good, cable is sufficient and TV is great, furnishing is good and clean, WiFi is good, rooms are decently sized, many outlets , staff management is amenable and friendly. Online tenant features are great.
|Recommended: YesThis is nicer than most places I've lived in I.V. — The apartment complex brings a friendly environment and the property manager, Veronica, Rocks I think this is a nice place for my dog and I to finally breathe for a whole year. I even want to stay at this site for the upcoming year as well.

|Recommended: YesCapri living — It's an old building 1963 and could use some upgrades given the rent. It's overall very clean and the staff is excellent. Overall it is a great place for a student to live.
|Recommended: YesClean, comfortable and convenient — The apartment is nice and the location is great, but really the main reason we resigned is the management. Yannibeth and Veronica and McKenzie are all wonderful, they work so hard to make this a great place to live with fun events and perks. Love them so much.

|Recommended: YesVery nice and small — It is a quiet apartment complex to come back to after a long day of studying. You can also study in the apartment because it is quiet. The courtyard is cool too.
